Control of second order strictly proper unstable systems with time delay

It is proposed a control scheme in order to stabilize second order strictly proper systems with two unstable poles and time delay in the input - output transfer function.
Necessary and sufficient conditions that ensure the stability of the feedback scheme are stated in terms of the time delay size and the time constants of the system.
Se enuncian condiciones necesarias y suficientes para la existencia de dicho esquema estabilizante.
Only four proportional gains and the process model are enough to obtain a stable closed loop behavior when the stability conditions are satisfied.
Tuning of the control structure proposed can be performed by mean of simple analysis based in classic control theory.
